Good evening everyone - I’m having an issue with my JW Broadcasting app on my tv only. When I first open app, the formatting is off (resolution is large). I’ve tried everything I know how even de-registering my account in Amazon and then re-registering as well as deleting the app and then downloading it again as well as changing the resolution. My devices are fine though - Just interested in knowing if anyone else has had an issue as well since this just happened yesterday. I tried to upload photos but got a “something went wrong” error message - thanks!
